How the booking process works:

After making up your mind about the starting base, the boat and your vacation dates, you are now ready to book your cruise.

1. The Booking

Call, skype or email us directly with your requested area, boat and dates. We will contact you back with the boats available and price.

However, sometimes one of two things might happen: either the exact dates you want are not available, or the boat you want is not available. Therefore, before you call, be prepared to have a little bit of flexibility, as you would for any kind of leisure trip.

2. The Documentation

Once you have agreed on the dates, base and a boat offered, we will send you all the contractual information. Here are the main documents you will find in this package.

Contract and Invoice: This is one document which acts as both the contract and Invoice at the same time. This document explains the general terms and conditions of the chartering agreement and requests that you give a deposit of 50%* at the time of signing in order to hold your reservation. This will hold your reservation until 60 days before departure, at which time you will have to pay the outstanding balance.

· Provision list: You may either order your provisions from us or provision yourself. If you order provisions from us we will have the food/beverages etc. delivered to the boat before departure.

*Note: If you make your booking within 30 days from departure, you must pay for the entire charter at the time of the booking.

3. Pay & Sail

After paying the outstanding balance, your yacht will be ready and waiting for your arrival on the specified date.
